Abstract
(en) This article examines Luna-Park, a literary journal founded by Marc Dachy in 1974, and its attempt to revive the avant-garde spirit in literature and the arts. It shows how the journal foregrounds dialogue between texts, making intertextuality a central principle of its editorial practice. The article also examines Luna-Park’s gradual engagement with the visual arts, particularly in the issue “Graphies,” which explores the relationships between writing, image, and the materiality of the sign. It then traces the journal’s growing focus on major figures of the historical avant-garde, before questioning whether the category of the “avant-garde” adequately describes Dachy’s editorial project. Luna-Park thus emerges as a space where contemporary artistic and literary practices meet the legacy of the avant-garde.
