Abstract
(en) What is the nature of the risk to the “rights and freedoms of natural persons” under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)? Is it a risk of restricting the rights of data subjects, or rather what could go wrong with the processing of personal data in a project? The authors propose a comprehensive understanding of these risks, providing a more complete and coherent view, while strengthening legal compliance and the protection of fundamental rights.
