(en) This interview discusses the main elements of Pierre-Henri Castel’s book, Pervers, analyse d’un concept. It deals with the philosophical method of the author, an analysis of the « worse than bad » which allows to understand perverse people in their relations with their victims. This theoretical perspective has practical implications for how to understand perpetrators during the trials that judge their actions.
