- Background : Most guidelines and recommendations are of a single color and intended to be applied to any context of care. For several years, general practice (GP) has embraced qualitative methods from the field of human and social sciences to explore highly complex phenomena and generate nuanced understandings that can directly influence healthcare delivery and policy.
