- This book by Konis and Selkowitz is a precious resource responding to the needs of a wide-ranging audience. The authors are to be applauded for providing a rare compendium of knowledge that is well-written, easily accessible but also technically sound, supported by detailed and appropriate graphics that make the reading pleasurable, informative, and evidently relevant to both scientific research and practical applications.
