Abstract
(en) This paper is the result of efforts to improve upon the construction and estimation of dynamic demand systems by introducing the transactions demand for money into these. It is hoped that it will also provide a better framework for the estimation of the latter and the testing of related hypotheses such as the real-balance effect, the absence of money illusion and the interest-elasticy of the transactions demand for cash.
