Abstract
In Les Bains de Kiraly, novel published in 2008, Jean Mattern illustrates in a particularly sensitive way the weight that memory represents and in particular the memory of the Shoah for those who try despite everything to live, to love, to have children. Using the tools and concepts forged in Fiction: l'impossible nécessité, it will be about seeing how the relationship between reality and fiction plays out and allows or hinders life.
