Abstract
IN terms of reproductive rights and capabilities to enforce those rights , the south american continent offers many different levels of regulations and women involvment . Although the literact rate is quite high in Chile , chile remains one of five countries in the world that prohibits abortion for any indication , including to save the life of the woman . the recognition of reproductive rights is still a controversial matter in latin american parliaments and trap women in decisional incapacity and thus in legal vulnerability. I am proposing amodel that takes into accont the culture of sollicitude expected from women and analyse in what aspects it could reinforce women capabilities and lessen their legal vulnerabilities.
