This history, structured around a problem indicated by the presence of anxiety, does not only give meaning to the act, but also contributes to its outbreak. After the subject has sought a variety of alternative solutions within his own environment, delirium will occur once he is unable to find any more intermediaries to address his problem to the father. Then, in a state of delirium, overwhelmed by recent events, he will be given permission by an animal to explode until he loses consciousness. Through an original qualitative methodology, this paper sheds new light on the transition to the psychotic act. © De Boeck Supérieur.Show moreAffiliationsUCLouvainSSH/JURI/PJPC - Droit pénal et criminologieShow moreCitations APA Chicago FWB de Limbourg, J.-P.
