Abstract
(en) One fact is clear: the contribution of Frenchspeaking Belgium to what is called the Franco-Belgian School - and through it, the European comic strip - was essential. A second is equally obvious, and consist in the almost "organic" attachments from this with the Catholic world. And in the historiography of this Franco-Belgian comic, Jijé is still considered - rightly - as one of the two pillars, with Hergé, of this building and its beginnings always associated with the members of the Eucharistic Crusade for children, Le Croisé et Petits belges. This observation, repeated many times, is the starting of this investigation, with backdrop of a simple concern: light comic reports with "modernization" of religious propaganda.
