Abstract
(en) Theology is a question debated in philosophy and many philosophers take up their watch at the patient's bedside. Faced with so much concern, theologians cannot sustain an attitude of friendly indifference, as they cannot forget that theology developed through a continuous dialogue with philosophy. This article deals with the question by examining three authors from different generations and for whom theology is either freed (Emmanuel Falque), dismissed (Francis Guibal) or magnified (Jean-Yves Lacoste). This provides ample invitation to theology to clarify its relationship to philosophy and assume its own singular pathway.
