- Since March 2020, working homes spread drastically, engaging most white-collar workers to relocate work at home irrespective to their prior use of remote work with implications on . division of times and spaces as well as the use of ICTs. In this research, we question how work-life balance is shaped by and re-regulated in the covid-19 work context? Our is assumption was that prior arrangements were fundamentally questioned without any frame of reference for an answer, but also that this re-regulation may affect wlb on the long-run. So what happened?
