Charge transport in MXenes is often studied in disordered films, with the perspective of their applications in energy storage, EMI shielding or sensors, among others. In this configuration, interflake coupling prevents isolating the fundamental properties of individual flakes, whose properties have been scarcely studied. Here, we investigate transport at the mesoscopic scale, combining temperature- and magnetic-field-dependent measurements on isolated flakes and interflake junctions of the prototypical MXene Ti3 C2Tx. Both configurations exhibit metallic behavior with a low temperature logarithmic correction to the conductance consistent with weak localization (WL) in two dimensions, and an enhanced disorder associated with interflake coupling. Magnetoconductance measurements reveal clear signatures of mesoscopic interferences in the form of WL, analyzed quantitatively within the Hikami-Larkin-Nagaoka model, and reproducible universal conductance fluctuations.
