- (en) Lawyers generally believe that they have a clear understanding of the concepts of legal person and enterprise, which they use on a daily basis. However, whoever examines these terms more closely will find that they do not have a single, absolute meaning. In reality, their meaning varies depending on legal doctrine, statutory provisions or areas of law, and even the context in which they are used. This article briefly explores this idea from the perspective of Belgian economic law.
