(en) As well as students without learning difficulties, the successful completion of a higher education course is a challenging journey for many students exhibiting dyslexia. However, in the case of students with dyslexia, persistent difficulties in written language are an additional barrier, affecting different aspects of academic performance (i.e., note-taking, understanding written instructions, writing essays). This chapter addresses the specific needs of these students and the various supports, aids, and adjustments that may be offered to them. This question will be analysed from the perspective of the factors that predict success and failure in the general population of higher education students and will lead us to address the notion of inclusive education.
