- Las entidades locales presentan un papel importante en la protección del medio ambiente, al destinar recursos materiales y humanos para tal fin; prueba de ello es el Ayuntamiento de Valdepeñas (CIUDAD REAL) al configurar un cuerpo funcionarial destinado a la protección del medio ambiente, dentro del territorio de su término municipal. Por tanto, el estudio versará sobre el régimen jurídico de este cuerpo funcionarial municipal. Abstract: Towns Halls are very important in protecting the environment, because they allocating material and human resources for this purpose; proof of this is the Valdepeñas City Council (CIUDAD REAL) by setting up an official employement dedicated to the protection of the environment, within the territory of its municipal area.
