Abstract
This contribution, forming part of the Evaluation Report on the 2014 Public Procurement Directives prepared by the Public Contracts in Legal Globalization Network, critically analyses the legal framework relating to environmental technical specifications and the recommendations for reform in this area. This report was submitted to the European Commission in March 2025 as part of its public consultation on the reform of the public procurement directives.
