Abstract
(en) As part of an inductive approach, we have systematically read the five issues of "Etudes de communication" dedicated to the couple communication and organization. From a phenomenological point of view, this reading has highlighted the fragmentation of the organization and the rise of questioning on the individual. While authors like Martuccelli consider that classical sociology is not armed to deal with this social reality, we propose to point out the lines of future research and development for a communicational approach to the constitution of individuals.
