In geometry-based stochastic models, Interacting Objects (IOs) define scattering obstacles. The identification of groups of waves (clusters) linked to IOs is addressed in this paper, based on measurements conducted in an outdoor microcellular scenario at 3.8 GHz. By contrast to the classical approach clustering waves in the parameter space, the proposed approach is able to identify physical IOs. Moreover, a method to define common clusters at different mobile locations is further described.
