Abstract
We present here a novel and original method to avoid the surface functionalization of electronics biosensors. This method is based on the use of functionalized paramagnetic beads together with a magnet placed below the packaged sensor. To reveal the presence of the target molecules on the paramagnetic beads and induce an electrical shift, polystyrene conjugated beads are used to label the detection. Preliminary results confirm the feasibility and the reproducibility of the technique.
