Typology is a highly effective tool, even when dealing with heritage. Instead of relying solely on stylistic or chronological classifications, typology offers a different perspective on buildings. This lecture provides an overview of methods for analyzing, classifying, and ultimately evaluating the building fabric through the lens of its spatial layout.
