- This chapter looks at the jurisdiction rules in cybertorts under the Brussels I Bis Regulation in light of the significant case law of the Court of Justice that clarifies the operation of Article 7 in various digital contexts. Both the earlier basic cases and the more recent ones providing finer details are analysed.
