(en) The design of the different pension systems as they are designed today can make the exercise of information collection, understanding, and therefore awareness and direct or indirect decision-making during the constitution of the pension difficult. The work of Herbert Simon highlights that computerized systems can be a response to this potential difficulty and present a significant interest in supporting and accompanying the Pension decision-making process as a whole, from the collection of information, to the analysis of this information to providing calculations, projections, simulations and recommendations, to guide the decision-making as such. It is in this context that this thesis is included. It aims to provide a holistic, multidisciplinary and strategic response to the construction of a computerized Pension system. To do this, the thesis focuses on the search for adequate tools to define and represent this computerized Pension system aimed at supporting the Pension decision-making process as a whole while taking into account the formal and informal elements surrounding it. The tools and solutions proposed in this thesis thus aim for better adoption of evolving technology within the world of pension communication.
