- Abstract
- In this essay, A. discusses the continuity between the body of the Book of Qoheleth and the two component parts of the epilogue (12:9-11 and 12-14). As for 12:9-11, the question may be asked if the 'words,' mentioned three times there, are those of Qoheleth or, rather, of other sapiential collections. With respect to 12:12-14, one may wonder whether it is a conclusion inspired by the book or rather one criticizing it. If the epiologist, according to a possible interpretation, was the editor of the book, he may have brought the fictitious character Qoheleth on the scene, and himself been the author of the entire book.
