The story begins when a loyal V+ client launched himself into a property development in the heights of Duden Park. The lower part of the site was occupied by a manor house, but the upper part was a wasteland that the client wanted to densify. After a long legal and financial saga, he ended up throwing in the towel and selling the property in two parts. The topography of the high ground was unwelcoming, the volume that was authorized quite narrow: this was all it took for one of the founders of V+, who by now was well acquainted with the site, to fall in love with it and want to move in with his family.
