Abstract
Developing the scriptural competency of pupils is the aim of our research. We have developed a method to teach writing basing ourselves on theoretical precepts on the one hand and on the other hand examining existing concepts (“chantier” and “creative writing”). The method tested in classrooms has allowed to lay bare a model for developing scriptural competency in a scholarly environment and allows to focalize on: the effects of proposed scaffoldings, the impact of periods for interactions between peers, the added value of metacognitive mediations, the transfer of teachings, the evolution of the approach towards writing of the pupils, the evolution of a pupil during writing process, the global effect of the method compared to more classic approaches, the reactions of the users in the field.
