Abstract
Julian Assange is prosecuted in Sweden for rape. This article shed a light on the political feminist culture in Sweden that shapes the way "rape" is defined by the law and considered by public opinion and jurisdiction. The text explains how Julian Assange has become,despite himself, an emblem of radical feminist struggle in Sweden.
