Abstract
(en) The judgment Mustafa Erdogan relates to a publication of a constitutional law professor criticizing the human rights protection afforded by the Turkish constitutional judges. This case allows the European Court of human rights to refine its conception of academic freedom and to recognize its specificity. The latter recognition must however be moderated seeing that the Court, in its reasoning, carries out an incorporation of academic freedom in the freedom of the press.
