Abstract
The ARES-CCD (international cooperation program of French-speaking universities of Belgium) and formerly the CUD have a particular program to help the university libraries in more than 13 universities of the Great South (South-East Asia, Africa, South America and Haiti) since 2004. This presentation will show the goals, activities and results of the projects conducted by librarians to strengthen the capacities of our academic partners in matter of access to documentary resources.
