Abstract
When considering cultural diversity, two aspects can be taken into account: the diversity of the people who make up the culture and the diversity represented in cultural productions. This research works on these two aspects by examining on the one hand whether the teams working in theatres are diverse; and on the other hand, by analysing cultural programming on the same aspect. The present report tackles these two issues within the ETC members.
