Abstract
(en) Dear Editor, Immune checkpoint inhibitors (CPIs) have opened a new era in the treatment of cancer, and their indications are increasing rapidly. To date, these CPIs include anti-CTLA4 (ipilimumab), anti-Programmed Death 1 (PD1) (nivolumab, pembrolizumab) and anti-Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) (atezolizumab, avelumab, durvalumab) antibodies (Abs).
