Abstract
In conclusion, inflammatory and granulomatous mucosal lesions in individuals leaving or traveling in endemic areas should prompt suspect ML. Imaging can facilitate the appropriate histological and biological examination and noninvasively confirm the response to antiparasitic treatment on follow-up.
