- (en) Forty years ago, a team of American clinicians recommended that sexual aggressions perpetrated by adolescents not be taken too lightly. Today, where do we stand on the subject ? Based on the field experience of the author compared to that of other specialists in the field, this article attempts to make a global overview of the question of transgressive sexual acting out at adolescence. The text, after having considered various interpretations and understandings of an externalized behavioral disorder, offers some outlines for the type of care which can be proposed. Without representing a panacea, the proposition has the merit of being structured, systematic and of integrating contributions from different epistemological approaches.
