Abstract
Shows that the lower limit for /b M//sub R/, the mass of the right-handed bosons, computed from the /b K//sub L/-/b K/ /sub S/ mass difference in an SU(2)/sub L/*SU(2)/sub R /*U(1) model, strongly depends on the mass of the top quark and on the quark mixing angles. For reasonable choices of these parameters, beta =(/b M//sub L///b M//sub R/)/sup 2 / can be as large as /sup 1///sub 6/.
