Abstract
An analysis of the Belgian's comics series "Thorgal" and how it adapts the model of the Icelandic sagas to the pop and serial understanding of the term. Also, it appears the series reenacts one of Belgian's cultural cornerstone, the "mythe nordique", and proposes a resilient answer to its erosion during the second half of the XXth century.
