- What are the legal instruments allowing victims of chemical spraying to claim justice for the tort they have suffered? What may they sue for? Is it possible, besides the physical torts, to sue for the environmental destruction related to the wide scale use of these chemicals? In this chapter, we suggest elements of answers to these questions by analysing the case of Agent orange (AO) spraying during the Vietnam war
