This presentation will elaborate on how the Management Simulation Game Simulator is used to create a realistic and immersive experience for management students that is the equivalent of a flight simulator for pilots. The presentation will focus on the practices of the universities in the consortium that have the most elaborate experience with the simulator and its predecessor, covering class organization, game play, decision variables for students and the reports generated by the simulator for both students and lecturers. Finally, the presentation will briefly discuss how the consortium of universities contributed to the development of the eco-system surrounding the simulator, planned future developments of the game, and how additional partnerships could support these developments.
