- Ce texte défend qu’une démarche d’éthique clinique doit apporter dans son déploiement une grande attention à la dimension institutionnelle. Cette attention permet à la fois une meilleure lucidité sur la manière dont se greffe l’expérience singulière sur la dimension institutionnelle et une ouverture sur la dimension collective de toute institution. Après avoir présenté l’institution comme formation symbolique et imaginaire et précisé le fonctionnement institutionnel, ce texte propose que l’éthique clinique soit un lieu de construction critique pour l’institution.// This text holds that a clinical ethics approach has to pay attention in its development to the institutional dimension. This attention allows both a better clear-headed analysis of the links between singular experience and institution and an opening on the social and collective dimension of every institution. This text presents first the institution as a symbolic and imaginary form. It then provides details on institutional functioning and ends by proposing that clinical ethics should play a critical role within the institution.
