(en) This contribution aims to show how Raffut, Philippe De Jonckheere’s novel that was published in 2018, is a profoundly political text that highlights, with finesse and through the relational ethics it deploys, the individual and collective issues of the shaking of certainties, of the serene step back, of the non-simplification and the listening, or of the importance to give attention to details and nuances, but also to benevolence and compassion. We underline the processual micropolitics that the novel elaborates, particularly through the type of narrative implemented as well as the sensitive involvement it testifies.
