(en) TO THE EDITOR, Capecitabine is an oral fuoropyrimidine antimetabolite drug commonly used in several cancer types. Neurological toxicity rarely occurs. We report a case of acute capecitabineinduced leukoencephalopathy and thyroiditis in a breast cancer patient, both rapidly regressing after treatment discontinuation.
