(en) [Long Covid: what this disease reveals about our medicine] Long Covid, a chronic post-infectious condition with polymorphic presentation, reveals deep tensions within our healthcare system. It highlights the limitations of a specialized and technocratic medicine, which is poorly equipped to handle complexity, while also questioning the place of patients in knowledge production. This article offers an epistemological reflection on this emerging illness, emphasizing the pivotal role of general practice and the need to reform medical education. Ultimately, it invites us to rethink our clinical practices in light of uncertainty and dialogue.
