Abstract
In the context of ALLUME project (“A Lifelong Learning University Model for Europe”), a set of 3 flexible tools has been designed to assist universities in formulating concrete Lifelong Learning (LLL) strategies, built on the experience of 16 universities. The report presents firstly, the Tool for Self‐Analysis (Process) which uses the strategy‐as‐practice approach and invites universities to analyse in detail their way of ‘doing strategy’, secondly the Tool for Self‐Analysis (Content) which assists universities in getting a strategic overview of their current Lifelong Learning strategy, mission, vision and goals, and thirdly the Tool for Benchmarking against the European Universities’ Charter on LLL (EUA Charter on Lifelong Learning).
