- To the Editor, We read with great interest the comments by Heersche et al. on our recent article examining on almost 20,000patients the concordance between pre-emptive DPDphenotyping (uracil (U)±dihydrouracil (UH2)) and targetedDPYDgenotyping including *2A, *13, p.D949V and *7variants. As widely discussed in the main article, onelimitation of our study is that haplotype B3 was not tested. Ofnote, our study included the very scarce *7 variant, designedas a non-functional allele by the CPIC. [...]
