(en) The authors report 7 cases of cesophageal fistulas after hiatal hernia surgical repair : 4 after abdominal way. 3 after thoracic Nissen procedure. From different factors it appears that clinical features have the more important therapeutic results. The fistulas with abdominal signs are very different from fistulas with secondary reactional thoracic signs or mediastinal signs. After analysis of different therapeutics approachs, we prefer external drainage with enteral nutrition in case of abdominal signs and cesophageal exclusion with a second stage reconstruction in case of thoracic or mediastinal symptoms.
