Abstract
(en) General Relativity is probably not the ultimate theory of gravity. This affirmation is motivated by considerations related to the search for a quantum theory of gravity and to unification of gravitation with the other fundamental interactions. Another motivations come from cosmological observations explained by the introduction of Dark Matter and Dark Energy, two components of the Universe not directly observed until today. In this thesis, we deduce experimentally observable signatures due to alternative theories of gravity at two different scales: at Solar System scales and at cosmological scales. Concerning Solar System scale, we have developed software allowing to simulate spatial observations: Range, Doppler and astrometric observations. At the cosmological level, we have developed a software allowing to simulate distance-luminosity observations of Supernovae Ia. These tools allow to derive the characteristic signatures coming from alternative theories. We have applied these tools to some alternative theories of gravitation and we have been able to answer to the question: what is the impact of a modification of the gravitation theory on different observations and is it possible to detect it ?
