Abstract
We present the case of a twenty-eight-year-old male with severe aortic stenosis and mean gradient across the aortic valve (AV) of 52 mmHg, due to a calcified congenital unicuspid AV. The patient was asymptomatic, without significant past medical history, and clean coronaries.
