Abstract
(en) African industrialization is not possible since 1960 because of the negative extraversion of the continent. Structural ajustment programms have reinforced this problem by stopping the endegenous african's projet of industrial development. What are the new arguments of african industrial development today ? Can African countries have an economic emergency without a heavy industrial development?
