A 35-year-old woman without notable medical and drug history presented throbbing laterocervical pain, worsening during swallowing and neck turning toward right since 7 days. She experienced the same kind of pain on the other side after acute sinusitis 5 months before with spontaneous resolution within a few days. On this occasion, she reported no trigger, no neck or head trauma, no previous infection and no neurological symptoms after occurrence of pain.
