Abstract
This PhD thesis aims to grasp the experience of a clean desk policy in the context of the development of new forms of work organization. An original analytical framework is deployed based upon the articulation of geographical and managerial concepts. Through a territorial prism, the thesis aims at understanding the influences of these respatialisation processes on identity. The empirical side of the research draws on an in-depth case study and is elaborated on a qualitative approach involving a photo-elicitation technique.
