Abstract

Our submission analyzes the EU external policy regarding forests and climate change. We especially analyze the FLEGT-REDD+ linkages that non-state actors try to build at the international, national and local levels, to draw lessons from the EU FLEGT action plan against illegal wood and apply them to the REDD+ mechanism in the forest countries that cooperate with the EU.
